"The room was kept very clean. The staff was very nice. The shower was great. The bed is more comfortable than most beds I've slept on in Mexico, as they are generally very firm. There is a nice roof deck. Only disadvantage, which is common in Mexico, is that windows face another room across an opening that allows for fresh air. Window are openable and the heating/cooling system works well. I'd stay there again. Great for a city hotel."

"This hotel has the potential to be a 5-star experience, but unfortunately it needs much better attention to maintenance and overall upkeep. I reserved three rooms for my family and me while we attended a wedding. Starting with my room, the bathroom was missing part of the shower tile—it was not simply unpainted, but visibly incomplete. The bathroom also lacked proper ventilation, the mirror appeared old and worn, and the room had a noticeable humid smell upon entering. In the second room, the shower drain was clogged. We reported the issue on the day we arrived, but it was never addressed during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and because of the flooding from the clogged shower, we had to use our own towels to dry the floor. To add to the frustration, the room keys repeatedly became demagnetized. We had to return to the front desk multiple times to have them reactivated, which was inconvenient and disruptive. Overall, the property has great potential and could offer a much better experience with improved maintenance and more responsive service."

"Good location. Great staff. Room spacious. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Shower was good. The Negs: Toilet closet was too small - banged my knees on the door and toilet paper holder. The toilet was not properly adjusted so was way too strong splashing toilet water on the seat and making a huge noise. The toilet fan and light were on a sensor and very sensitive to any motion in the room and the fan was very loud. The AC worked, but the heat didn't. "
