Property is a private hacienda with gardens front and back with a large pool, breakfast buffet and a detached restaurant. There are tall walls all around the perimeter of the property for privacy and there is a guard at front entrance. Everyday someone cleaned and organized our room including our belongings.

My party of 16 members stayed at this property during a big event at this town. All of us got a total of 5 rooms and all rooms faced several issues. Some units were remodeled with new flooring, showers, sink but AC unit not cooling enough. Other units were not remodeled; had very old tubs with stains, carpet very worn out and stained but AC unit and view to green areas, swimming pool and mountain were great. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed with “high” traffic due to town/village’s week festivities as musicians and travelers like us sold out all rooms at this hotel. Our main purpose was to visit relatives at this town, make use of swimming pool by the children in our group, and get some rest/sleep. Beds, pillows, sheets, blankets are in need of an upgrade. I will give this hotel a second chance once it is fully renovated as it has a nice lot with lots of parking, breakfast is decent, and there is a nice restaurant on premises that is very nice and serves tasty food. Swimming pool is great and loved the morning sounds of roosters and several kinds of birds chirping. Check in and check out was a breeze and staff smiled which made us feel welcomed.

The location is convenient and the restaurant it’s OK the food it’s OK would stay at the hotel for a week and everything was fine. The front desk people they’re pretty nice and they always help us to call a taxi. It’s convenient to walk around but it’s safe to use a taxi.

Grounds were gorgeous. Staff could have done a better job providing information about hotel restaurant hours, mini store hours, places mearby, etc. And the music, there was music nonstop ALL day!!! Sometimes even until after 10:30 pm. You go to a hotel in the outside of town for quiet and tranquility, not there.

Excelente lugar.

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo, armonioso con el medio ambiente. El desayuno es preparado en el momento, barato y sabroso. La cena en el restaurante muy buena y facturan en el momento. Solo no hay uber, ni didi, hay que pedir taxi (no facturan).
