"We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel when we traveled to Jordan from US. The Cliff Hotel locates exactly in central downtown so that almost all taxi drivers know where the hotel is. The owner and staffs are absolutely honest and friendly. They provided daily tour for us to Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Dead Sea. They even drove us to the King Hussein Bridge Crossing across the board to Jerusalem. The Cliff Hotel thinks about their customer first and takes care of us very much. They make you...

We would like to thank the Hotel staff and Expedia for being incredibly accommodating and helpful. We experienced an emergency during our trip and had to make a last‑minute change, and the support we received was outstanding.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The hotel is about an 8‑minute drive from a nearby mall with plenty of cafés and restaurants. We used Uber to get there, and the ride cost only 4 USD.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of continental and local dishes, and the food quality was excellent. We are a family with two teenagers, and they found plenty to enjoy.
A special thank‑you to the reception team — especially Osama and Mr. Moad Batayneh. We were exhausted after our emergency, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The staff truly went above and beyond.
Our stay was comfortable and memorable, and we would definitely love to stay here again."
"Staff was amazing and helpful. Ahmed sever at breakfast deserves a reward. He was so friendly, excellent, and made us feel at home. Rooms are great. Nice beds and amenities. Great location to be out of downtown but still part of it and walkable to old town and rainbow st. Food was the best. Dinners awesome. Highly recommend for professional and family travelers. "
"Had a wonderful stay of 2 days, then returned for another night later in my trip. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, specifically a young woman named Saja. She helped me with directions, booked a car for me, and assisted me with every need I had. She was the most kind, helpful, understanding, and professional staff member at this hotel. I returned to stay because of her.
I stayed in room #403, it had a queen bed, a single, and overlooked the Roman Amphitheatre. Room was comfortable, clean, safe, and quiet. Heat/AC worked very well. Elevator worked well in the hotel, and the social space overlooking the city is stunning as well. The location is close to cheap eats, restaurants, and fantastic shopping. They offer tour/operator services for guests and another young lady was amazing in caring for my lost luggage that was delivered.
The breakfast presented by a woman named Mama, was the best I had in Jordan. Fresh foods were offered in savory & sweet. Mama took very good care of the guests, and takes great pride in her breakfast. She was delightful! The Hummus was the best I tasted in Jordan.
Thank you to the amazing women, Saja(Front Desk), and Mama(Breakfast), you both made my stay outstanding, and my trip to Jordan even more enjoyable.
This hotel is an outstanding value for the staff, comfort, and value received for the price."
"Location is excellent, the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Farah and Aya.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

"I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Amman for four nights and overall it was an excellent experience.
From the moment I arrived, the reception team was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check in was smooth, and every interaction with the front desk felt friendly and well handled. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Security is clearly taken seriously and that added a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. The hotel feels very safe, well organized, and professionally managed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the general facilities met a high standard.
One small note for improvement: the hair dryer in my room was not working very well. It wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect my overall experience, but it’s worth mentioning.
Overall, this was a great stay and I would happily recommend Hilton Amman to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Best
