"I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances.."

From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night. "Our room was very nice. However there were at least a dozen stairs to get to it. Other rooms had less stairs."

"Gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds. Close to the freeway but you would never know it. No noise from the roads. Great walk through the vineyards. Room was beautiful. Staff was great. Will be back!"
