오션뷰 가성비 갑..

오션뷰로 카페트가 아닌 마루바닥이라 너무 좋았어요.. 다만 엘리베이터가 층마다 중간에 있어 반층 올라가야 하는점이 아쉬워요..

애월 바다가 훤히 보이는데 단, 5층 테라스에서 바라봐도 앞에 야자나무가 바다 전망을 일부 가려서 불편한 것 외에는 관광보다 휴식을 취하러 갔기에 조용해서 좋았어요. 하지만, 일부 투숙객들이 늦은 시간까지 수영장(사실 이 사진은 좀 정직하게 찍을 필요가 있음, 홍보 사진보다 훨씬 작음, 사진보고 매료된 분들은 대실망할 것) 옆 데크에서 단체로 오면 무척 시끄러운 소리를 접하게 됌. 그 외는 지금 애월은 한참 한치잡이 철인데, 싱싱한 활 한치를 맛 볼 수 있는 기회가 제공된답니다. 우린 애월항에 위치한 어촌계 횟집(이선호 사장)에서 이 사장님이 배로 직접 잡은 한치회를 푸짐하고 정말 맛 있게 먹었답니다. 제주 분들도 한치회를 먹으려고 1년을 기다린다죠. 양념 등 모두 맛있었고, 한치물회도 압권이었습니다. 이 호텔은 자체 무인 편의점이 있어서 밤 11시 부터는 투숙객의 평안을 위해 술을 판매하지 않아서 긍정적으로 고개를 끄덕였어요. 나름대로 각종 편의 시설도 괜찮은 편인 곳입니다. 다만, 방 청소가 바닥이 써벅거려서 다음 날 다시 정비를 했더군요. 사실 20일 부터 제주는 장마가 시작된다고 해서 많이 망설였는데, 오히려 결단을 내린 게 신의 한수였어요. 첫날엔 날씨가 덮지도 않고 가을 날씨처럼 시원했고, 바닷바람을 만끽 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 밤에 약간의 비가 흩날린 것 빼곤, 정말 잘왔다는 생각이 3박 4일 동안 휴식을 잘 하고 올 수 있었네요. 다만, 서울 김포공항에 내려서는 그곳에서 엄청 쏟아지는 폭우로 집에 도착했을 때는 물에 흠뻑 다 젖은 것 빼곤, 즐거운 여행이었습니다. 참, 애월 옆 도두항에 있는 그 유명한 '순옥이네 본가' 전복 물회도 맛 보시기를 권합니다. 비싸지 않아요.^^ 함덕해수욕장에도 2호점이 오픈되어 방문하니 와우~ 손님이 많더군요. 특미는 저녁에 파는 코스 요리는 정말 제주의 맛과 향을 한 폭에 담을 수 있었답니다. 여기저기 다녀봐도 오랜 여행 경험으로는 그런 코스 요리로 정겹게 술 한잔 나누면 서로에게 깊은 추억으로 남게 될 것 같습니다. 모쪼록 좋은 여행이었고, 방값이 익스피디아에서 할인은 되었으나, 좀은 가격면에서 아쉬웠다고나 할까요?

외부시설에 비해 내부시설은 최악이에요

싱글침대 2개중 창가쪽 하나는 가운데는 꺼져있고. 누울때마다 용수철 튀는 소리나고. 방충망은 작은 구멍들이 많이 뚤려있어 문을 열수도 없었고ᆢ 옆방에서 문 여닫는 소리에 깜짝깜짝 놀라고. 비상문 잠그는 고리도 안돼고ᆢ 정말 최악의 숙소 였어요~~

가격대비

1층이 설비중이라서 어수선하고 엘베도 좋지않았지만 애월 해안도로 옆이라서 좋았고 이불도 깨끗하고 가격대비 상당히 만족합니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 나름 적당히 괜찮아요 .가격이 워낙 저렴하게 해서 2일이나 숙박했습니다. 뭐든 돈 따라 간다고 보시면 됩니다. 그런데 방도 따뜻하고 전망은 기대안했습니다. 1박에 3만원대라서 잠만 자는데 겨울이라 좋았습니다

체크인을 베니키아호텔에서 하고 옆의건물로 갔습니다 별관같은 느낌이더라구요 낡은건물이지만 엄청 따뜻하게 해주셔서 잠만자기에는 좋았어요~ 가격대비로보면 나쁘진않았습니다 아 아침에 보니 숙소에서 바다도 보여서 좋았어요~^^ (모든 숙소에서 바다뷰인지는 모르겠어요)

바다향기와 나무향기 가득한 숙소

애월은 제주공항에서 제일 가까운 멋진 바다를 볼수 있는데 해안 근처라 바다향기가 전해져 왔고 건물은 조금 오래됐으나 내부 침구며 바닥을 향나는 나무로 리모델링한 느낌을 받았습니다. 바람소리와 열대 야자수가 보이는 산전망 이였지만 매우 만족합니다. 가격이 특히 착했어요. 도심속 숙소는 이런 느낌받기 힘들지요. 담엔 여자친구랑 가고 싶네요

바다뷰

체크인을 베니키아호텔에서 체크인했지만 불편한 점 없었어요.. 호텔 투숙객에게는 성인 3000원 소인 1000원의 수영장 이용료로 키즈풀 크기지만 공용 튜브도 있어 재미있게 즐길수 있어 너무 만족해요.. 1층 돈셰프흑돼지 투숙객 5%할인으로 저녁도 연탄고기로 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 바다뷰로 전망 너무 좋아서 다음에 또 숙박할래요.

제주 서쪽 여행에 최적의 입지인듯합니다. 복잡하지 않고 좋아요... 수영장 앞 테라스는 바다보며 멍때리기 좋아요...^^ 다만 시설 노후화는 단점입니다. 욕실 샤워기 물조절하기 불편했어요...
