Beautiful view of lighthouses, wharf and ocean. Comfortable bed, bay windows, nice bath bathroom. Several tour companies pickup one block away along the shoreline walkway. Plenty of food clothing and souvenir shopping very closeby.

Hotel past its glory days but a comfortable enough stay. Clean room, lifts and ac worked. Steps up to entrance tricky if you have heavy luggage. Shops and places to eat nearby. I found it a bit bewildering getting back from the Intercity Bus Station after a long day sightseeing and it is a 40 minute walk at least.

Good location and clean. Our room had carpet wich it was kind of bothersome for my allergies. The hotel is ok but outdated. In general for the price is ok. The best is the location.

Dated, but convenient

This hotel is about as expected- a little run down, but so close and central to everything. I took a star off since the pillows were hard and there was a lot of random things (petals, flip flop, etc) under my bed. Other than that, it was clean and convenient and worked well as a solo traveler.

Hotel is good if you are not planning to rent a car, otherwise...its a first come, first served and you might have to park far away if returning to the hotel past 5pm. Spa/hot tub wasn't a free amenity of the hotel. Its a separate entrance underground the hotel--entrance through the parking back door. The nicest part of the hotel is they provide new towels and two water bottles everyday if don't want a room cleaning(must put do not disturb sign) Hotel room rules to not bring outside food and to consume in your room but there are lots of restaurants near the hotel.

Ótimo hotel, mas longe dos atrativos principais!

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado em termos de restaurantes e lojas. Porém, os principais atrativos da ilha ficam há mais de 1 hora e meia de ônibus. O café da manhã não é bom para ocidentais, pois só tinha 1 tipo de pão disponível. Os recepcionistas não falam inglês e são muito sérios. Porém, são educados!

오래된 호텔이지만 침구며 청결도는 좋았어요 볼거리, 즐길거리가 도보로 가능했구요 다만 옷을 걸 행거부족, 가운이 있겠지싶어 잠옷을 안가져갔는데 좀 당황했고 칫솔치약도 구비 되어있지 않았구요 혹시나 싶어 가져가서 다행 이었네요 그리고 밤에 응대하는 남자 직원분 건성으로 대답하고 귀찮은 듯 하길래 기분이 좀 상했구요 ㅏ음 여행에는 글쎄요....

탑동 바닷가와 제주맛집 접근성이 훌륭한 곳

시설이 좀 오래되기는 했어도, 위치도 좋고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다.탑동 바닷가가 바로 앞이라 산책하기도 편리하고, 횟집, 돼지고기 전문 유명식당들이 바로 옆에 즐비해서 제주의 맛집을 쉽게 찾을 수가 있습니다.
