"It is in a relatively good location to appreciate Jeju Island. It's quiet and nice. Since it is located in the mountains, there are bugs. The kindness of the staff is at its best. You can feel that they are doing their best for the convenience of their guests."

"The staff was kind & helpful and my ocean view & little balcony was delightful. The room itself was fine. I was disappointed however in the quality of housekeeping; not up to par. The toilet wasn't cleaned & the beds were not properly made. I partially made the bed myself & when I returned to my room it was as I'd left it."
