Very good memory of best western jeju

Very good location from airport and to other places. Lots of bus stops nearby and easy to call taxis. Various choices of restaurants near the hotel. Big mart such as emart within 5min walk. Very clean and good service with affordable price.

The stay at BW Jeju was amazing. Our room got a free upgrade to double queen bed. Parking was a little challenging because the area is busy but it was manageable. Will definitely book here next time

overall staffs are not so kind. bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste bodywash and shampoo are in a refillable tube and although the tubes say bodywash and shampoo pretty sure they are the same thing unless your trying to go to the otherside of the island and staying south/southnorth/jejusi the location is great and very close to the airport

Bad condition, loud noise at night.

Worst experience ever. It was windy last night and the wind keeps coming through the window cracks. Making loud noise throughout whole night. Never expect to sleep in this uncomfortable situation in a hotel.

The property is really clean from the lobby to the room. Starbucks located in the lobby is really convenient. You can tell they do try their best to be more eco friendly. Refillable soaps and shampoos. Even the starbucks cups you can return and get 1000 won back. The elevator was probably one of the smoothest elevators I've ever been on. Didn't even feel like I was moving. Only issue was the air conditioner in the room. We could not get it to work no matter what buttons we pressed. It would get really warm in the room. overall, I would stay at this hotel again.
