"The room was clean and small, with a refrigerator. The shower is separated from the toilet area but you only get tiny towels. The check in experience was self service even though it states someone is there from 3pm. I arrived at 9 pm and there was no one around. There was a self service machine but all in Korean. Eventually I found an internal doorbell. Someone arrived and pointed at the machine changed the language to English and disappeared. Other than that everything was great. Good location...

They kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated as we were very tired after taking an early flight from Seoul to Jeju Island. We are very grateful that they went out of their way to accommodate us."

"Staff was incredible! We made our check in at 2:30 instead of 3 and the front desk lady was very nice! The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this! The lobby lounge was supper comfortable and nice. Overall we had a great time:)"
