"I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff."

"On their page, it says that they have a swimming pool. The swimming pool had no water in it and had a cover over it. The whole 4 days we were there. So no swimming, the continental breakfast was basically just waffles. There was no sides or anything. The staff weren't always at the desk when you needed them."

"Had a nice stay here. Hotel was clean, and our king bed was very comfortable. We were greeted by Vraj, the hotel manager, and he was polite, considerate, and ensured we were well taken care of for our stay. Room had a big tv with lots of cable channels, fridge, microwave, and even a small cooktop. It is a smaller, quaint hotel setting with parking right out front, with minimal footsteps to our room. Great place to stay for no frills, just a great nights rest with all the amenities you need....

"The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The property was near a good burger place and there wasn't much through traffic at the property. The AC worked but didn't seem like it cooled the room off fast. It wasn't hot but it didn't get cold. Indiana Caverns was a short distance away and it's worth going to if you like caves. We would stay here again if we were in the area."

"Don’t do it it! Holes in the towels, dirty floors, towel rack fell off when trying to hang towel. So many smoking outside the front automatic doors that the entire lobby, including the breakfast area smelled like smoke, but there really was nothing to eat in the breakfast area because they didn’t have any food at 8 o’clock in the morning."

"This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future."

"Our room was exceptionally clean as was the entire property. Parking was plentiful and easy access to the hotel. We had late nights at the ballpark and sleeping in was amazing. Beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. The full size refrigerator was an awesome amenity! I cannot say enough great things about the staff the overnight desk clerk was amazing so friendly and helpful!! Was a great stay!!"

"Elevator was not working. Had no place to park our truck/utility Trailer. The girl working the desk was of no help."

"The mattress needed replacing . Felt like sinking into a hole. Neighbors were up to 2:30 going in and out with a kid that had zero indoor voice. Motorcycle group also staying there reving motors. Not our best stay there. Usually good place...these were not really the hotels fault but I would think the office would hear them or see it on their security monitor that is right at the desk."
