"This hotel oozes with unique character and style, is in the heart of the town and the manager is amongst the most helpful I have ever come across. We loved the atrium-style lobby (the central photo for the hotel) the bar stools made to look like champagne cork enclosures and the bedrooms with their unique themes, big comfortable bed and very cool bathrooms. "My two friends and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The owners and their sons were kind and personable. Our room was a generous size and the bed and bath linen were high quality. It was wonderfully clean and warm. We will visit again. Also, it was within walking distance to the Goya Museum and the downtown core. "

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Séjour très désagréable. La chambre ressemblait à un véritable igloo tellement il faisait froid. Impossible de retrouver une température normale, malgré plusieurs tentatives. Même le shampooing était glacé, c’est dire… Le lit était froid également, rendant la nuit extrêmement compliquée et inconfortable. Une expérience vraiment décevante."

"Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. Our room had staining around the toilet bowl no shower curtain so the floor was flooded and dangerous. There was...
