"Great room, location, & property, BUT they need to have a better parking/room accessibility situation. Our room was on the lower level, so no elevator was available. That made it hard to move luggage back & forth from the car. And that's if you got a parking space near the closest door to your room."

"We stayed for 2 nights at Pine Bungalows and had a pleasant experience. What stood out most was their excellent guest communication. This was the first hotel during our trip to Canada that contacted us via WhatsApp upon check-in. The team followed up to ensure everything was alright and whether we needed any further assistance. When I provided feedback about the kettle, they responded and followed up promptly, which showed good management and genuine attention to guest comfort. The resort is conveniently located close to town, yet offers a nice, quiet and relaxing environment. The bistro is warm and welcoming, and a welcome drink was also offered, although I did not get a chance to try it. Overall, a comfortable and peaceful stay with attentive service, good management and excellent follow-up. These small but thoughtful touches made a positive difference to our experience."

"I love the fire outside of our cabins and sitting with other guest, while sharing stories. Very clean and beautiful room. However, no room for clothes. The staff was very nice."

"Hot tub was uber hot. Beds comfortable, rooms clean, excellent location. Not much free parking so if you are unlucky you park on the street. Would definitely return"
