"Amazing stay at Casa Lerma. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Great stay, great food, great recommendations. I would definitely stay again."

"We loved this hotel! We were blown away by the warm staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt at home right away on our large, immaculate, cozy 2 bedroom suite with comfy beds, equipped with everything we could need. The housekeeping staff kept the suite perfectly clean. We had massages in the room - one of the best ones I have ever had. The neighborhood was so beautiful and calm with many restaurants around the corner and a Walmart Express grocery store a few blocks away....

"El concepto de las bebidas de cortesía, súper bien"

"Friendly staff and great location to walk in Polanco"

"Great property in a central location for activities and exploring. Only challenge was the "truck" noise around midnight multiple nights"

"Great ,location wallk by several restaurant alternatives"

"Great place for a family"

"Quiet location, nice restaurants immediately across the street. Secure, front desk security to allow you in the building. Ample space in unit. Great hot water. Only natural airway."

"El Hotel muy bonito muy bien mantenido. El Staff agradable y muy serviciales y atentos a cualquier necesidad, Buen desayuno. La ubicación una maravilla"

"Such a great place to stay!"

"The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable."

"Management quick to respond , i had 2 minor issues, resolved right away."

"Todo bien"
