"The unique check-in process was not very accommodating. This property had only one guard/person manning the building; there was poor room service during our stay. They are not equipped to support guests with basic requirements- towels, toilet rolls, water, bath soap( we never got our bathroom bath soap refilled during our entire stay). The deluxe rooms are what it describes on the website- windowless, very dark and gloomy."

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the expectations of its high ratings. It was incredibly noisy - you could hear the TV in neighboring rooms and the doors closing made more noise than any hotel I've stayed in. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. And the room smelled incredibly strong like cleaning solution - and there was only a tiny window to try to air the room out. The hotel appeared to have a beautiful courtyard, but the staff said it could not be accessed. We ended up leaving a day early. "

"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."
