"This condo is in the heart of the city but is pretty quiet and felt pretty safe. The owner did keep it well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and the couch were comfortable too. We were attending a convention and took the easy walk there and back every day (multiple times on a couple of days). It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk on level ground with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars along the way."

"The hotel is fabulous but is really big. When I arrived, I had no idea where to park and ended up parking too far away. When I got to the desk to check-in. I asked for a closer parking and was advised of one, but when I checked out a gentleman in front of me was handed a map upon checking in, Why didn't I get a map? So the level of customer service of the front desk attendees varies! Hotel is very clean and plenty of food options."

"We arrived on Friday and the water was turned off. The repairs were done but the water was not working. When we left the property at 6 pm it still was not working. When we returned later it was on. Our room was never cleaned on Saturday. We returned to the hotel at 4pm and it was not done. We were ok with towels so we did not call the front desk to report that our room was not cleaned."

"This hotel was central to North Market, Short North Arts District, German Village and neighboring parks. The beds were comfy, the sound machine was a great addition since my room was near a busy highway, so noise was not a bother to getting a good night's rest. The Check in process was very accommodating, the weather was not cooperating with my plans so they were nice enough to let me check in a couple hours early. Valet was quick and efficient and totally hassle free. The Astra Rooftop I would highly recommend. I had the Banana Mai Tai and the Beet Salad with Blackened Chicken which was amazing, along with the views. I would definitely stay again."
