"I did not like the fact that even thought the room Was paid in advance they requiresd a 100.00 hold on my bank card for us to sleep there. And first said it would be refunded in 2-3 days. But then later was told 7-10 days. And that was the gas money I had to get to the next destination so I had to skip the rest of the trip"

"We liked the hotel and the distance it is from the beach. It was about 6 min wack to the beach. The hotel also had a pool in the property which was also very nice. The breakfast was ok. The hotel itself does need some updates but overall was good"

"Honestly , this was the best hotel experience I have ever had!! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and we were able to have our dogs there. The only person who was rude was a lady named Shan. She had major attitude and they also didn’t clean the room the three days we were there and never refilled the towels but overall 8/10. I would stay there again if I were to visit Destin."
