"The hotel is conveniently located at the end of terminal 3 so we don’t have to ride shuttle. The room is clean. Customer service needs some improvement. Nobody pick up the phone when they were busy handing check in. My tv did not have any sound so I have to go to the receptionist to report the problem since nobody answer my calls. The next morning I called for luggage service at 6am nobody pick up the phone again. I dragged all my luggages myself."
"It was unique in its simplicity for comfort and service for all needs for any and all peoples from any culture or societal background. Any and all subject matter mentioned here or I can think of adding would receive my 5 star plus grade with a second thought or question for consideration."
