โรงแรมใกล้จาค็อบ รีส พาร์ค, นิวยอร์ก

"Excellent, will go back again soon. "

"The property is close to the JFK terminal. However, the room (#257) did not have the basic necessities associated with a hotel of that caliber (toothpaste, shower cap, body lotion, robe & slippers were not provided)."

"Worst hotel ever. Better breakfast is served in the motels of Somalia. Like it is probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had staying at a hotel which advertises free breakfast. The staff is extremely rude and very unhelpful. It smells like weed all the time. Including the front desk. Maybe that’s why they look confused all the time and are very unhelpful. You’d be better staying anywhere else."

"มีรถรับส่ง ไปกลับสนามบิน สะดวกมาก ขากลับคนขับจะถาม terminal แล้วพาไปส่งถึงTerminal เลย แต่ขามาอาจต้องนั่ง Airtrain มาลง Fereal station"

"The employees were pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet and clean and we were able to order food from the small cafe the evening that we arrived (around 9:30PM). Also the , complimentary breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks."

"This stay was unacceptable. Within hours of arriving, I was locked out of my room because the key card failed. The issue required the door handle to be removed and the lock reprogrammed, yet it wasn’t resolved until Saturday. The lack of communication was frustrating—I had to call several times while trying to enjoy my vacation just to get basic information. Because of this, I’ve lost trust in this hotel and will not be staying here again."

"Shuttle is best"

"I enjoy staying here and I’ve done so in the past, but I’m not happy with the fact that an iron and ironing board are no longer provided in the rooms. I was surprised to see that they only give you a steamer, and I was appalled by the explanation that using a steamer is supposed to be healthier for you. What sense does that make?!"

"Rooms were okay"

"Clean room & beautiful bathroom. Dinner menu was very limited& expensive! Convenient shuttle to JFK Airport."

"In all honesty I believe that it is over priced. I was there for a very long layover and wanted to spend the extra money as a celebration for myself. The rooms are very small. They barely fit the king sized bed and not much room at all to walk or store luggage. The balcony furniture isn’t clean If you want an ocean view room ask for anything above floor 3. I was on floor 3 and had to stand to really see the ocean. The TVs didn’t work and when they switched my room the TV only had a couple...

"A bit dated room but comfortable Breakfast was expensive. $25 / person extra charge."

"No complimentary for water, you have to pay $3/bottle. The room is old."

"The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again."
