"The nearby neighbour good is scary , also not safe for women travelling alone. The rooms are big but that’s it - no cleanliness nothing. "

"Great, if you need a last minute place to stay. No parking, we had to drive around the block multiple times to find a spot. On our first night we arrived around 3am and they actually let us park on the sidewalk in front of the property. The room appeared clean on arrival but there were random hairs on one of the beds and on the toilet tank when we entered the room. The light switches were visibly filthy especially in the bathroom. We cleaned and disinfected ourselves. No hot breakfast options, options were limited to cereal and muffins."

"Need to have more time to get to the airport by shuttle bus. There are 8 terminals and it may take up to 35-45 minutes to to the final terminal"

"I was disappointed to be charged for checking in an hour early. And to be told I could only have one butter at breakfast. That with the charging for water just makes the hotel seem penny pinching. I expect more from a Hilton. "
