"The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The pool is lovely, and the hostel owners make a wonderful Gallo Pinto for breakfast every morning."

"What seems like a nice place is definitely ran with complete disregard and unethical practices. You choose what seems to be a nicer place to avoid the scams that can occurs yet they would rather take advantage of the customer for every cheap dollar. First our safe was broken in and left the entire stay. Next they try to get us to sing documents in the middle of the night when we are stopping at our room with friends. Trying to get us to sign a document agreeing to bogus fees while intoxicated is...

"The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. "

"We loved our oceanfront 2BR suite, it was gorgeous, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The protected cove of this beach meant for peaceful wave jumping. The only bad thing was leaving!"

"When you look up this hotel the bistro and disco is there right now I'm not sure if they're upgrading or remodeling but I didn't find that out till I got there but the location is in a prime spot for let's call it sight seeing/coming attractions LMFAO and you're in close walking distance to alot of bars and food places and it's close to the beach you'll get a food ticket for breakfast at KoKo's which is right in front of the beach it's a very limited list of food to get with that breakfast...
