"I wanted a refund because this place was so gross. The ceiling was cracking, there were leaks when it rained, the bed was awful and the staff was not helpful. I tried getting my money back because I didn't want to even sleep there, but neither the hotel nor Expedia was helpful. :( Do not stay here. ..."

"One thing that I wish they would do is become an extended stay because they have good weekly rates but after 7 days you got to check out and come back on 24 hours. Also on another note, I wish they were pet friendly. I had to have my mom keep my dog for several days while I was at Scottish inn."
