Delayed flight. Came in at 1:30 a.m. Front desk was closed. They close from 12:00 a.m. - 8 a.m. w/ a security guard. She was great, but we couldn't get our room. Had to find other options at 1:30 in the morning. Filed for a refund and no one has been able to contact them.

our room was on the 4th floor next to the elevator. All night long we had to listen to the noisy elevator motor go up and down. the ice machine was right next to our room and the motor from it was just as loud as the elevator. never except a room right by the elevator its terrible.

The room could definitely use some upgrades. The lady at the front desk was a little rude but i didnt care too much as it was late and i was ready to sleep

Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach/Oceanfront
This hotel is run down and not taken care of. The pool is tiny and the hotel is noisy. There is no sound barrier between rooms. Way over priced. This hotel was so disgusting we checked the same day we checked in. Not recommended.
