"Staff was wonderful, room was great, pool/hot tub/steam room were clean and running seamlessly. Restaurant & lounge on site were amazing - great food, especially the specials, with a great atmosphere to relax after a long day of skiing/snowmobiling. "
"
The Tuckerman’s Suite was Spectacular, all the comforts of home. The Breakfast’s were delicious and lots of choice. The staff in the dining room were Great, friendly and always making sure you were happy. Amy at the front desk was Terrific always making sure everything was great. Had a massage with Jonna it was Great. All the staff were so attentive and friendly. The only thing was the elevator that we had problems with but the staff was always happy to fix it. The Inn was Beautiful. Could not ask for a better place."
"Really enjoyed this place and the staff was very accommodating to fix a mistake I made when booking. Great room at a reasonable price with a really fantastic view. Exceeds its star rating compared to similar places around the area. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A great place to stay during a visit to North Conway! Will definitely book here again."
"I stayed at The Lodge at Jackson Village and would describe the experience as average overall. The location is convenient and close to attractions in Jackson and North Conway, making it a practical base for outdoor activities.
The room was clean but clearly dated. The furniture shows its age, although everything was functional. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the property itself was quiet with convenient parking.
Service was disappointing. During check-in, the staff member appeared unwelcoming and behaved unprofessionally — at one point tossing the room key across the counter instead of handing it over. It created the impression of a lack of care and basic courtesy.
Breakfast was also underwhelming. The selection was very limited and did not appear fresh, to the point that I did not feel comfortable eating it.
This property may suit travelers looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep while spending most of their time outside, but those expecting attentive service and a decent breakfast may be disappointed."
