"Really friendly and helpful staff. However major renovations ongoing, the entire week I was there the lobby was in various states of being re-tiled, with building supplies, equipment etc standing everywhere. Main entrance closed up (yellow tape across it) and had to walk round the block twice to find a side door to enter through. only 1 lift working. the remodeled rooms are modern and comfortable. But the remodeling noisy and inconvenient and I certainly was NOT notified about it beforehand. Overall very expensive stay for the facilities provided. Amazing staff though, saves the hotels reputation imo"

"Great location. Even enjoyed the spa. It was my best friend and I for a girls weekend. We enjoyed massages at the spa. Even though the spa is small, it was amazing. Highly recommend. Only complaint is there’s no ice machines. Had to go to the bar and get 2 cups of ice."
