"Great experience"

"We've stayed here twice and both times were top notch. The hotel did a great job with maintaining the historic mill charm in every space. The restaurant has very good food and the breakfast was great quality food. Every employee went out of their way to be friendly and helpful."

"Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!"

"clean, amenities were great"

"The room was very clean. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the food was good. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay."

"A face cloth shortage is laughable"

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeeping. 2nd booking in a few months while visiting Fort Moore."

"The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine."
