We were happy with everything especially the outside onsen. The buffet dinner and breakfast provided a wide variety of options all of which were delicious. The room waa spacious for two and the view, though interrupted ny an unfortunate haze was still pleasant to wake up to in the early morning hours.

Half board dinner is not Japanese dinner. What we got were all you can eat buffet dinner. Also no complimentary tea bags and water bottles are provided in the room. Only positive are onset private hot spring in the room and view of Mt fuji as booked Japanese style room.

Be aware this is a tired and in need of attention old style Japanese hotel. No bathrooms in room. Shared or private bathrooms need booking at cost. This is normal for this kind of traditional Hotel but the fixtures and fittings were old and neglected and the sink in my toilet was filthy. I had a stunning view of Mount Fuji from my room however but would not stay there again.

３年ぶりに宿泊。前回も今回も洋室ですが、室内はリホームされているようで清潔感がありました。ただし、空調は温度調節が難しい古いもので実際なしは寒くつけると暑いの状況でした。食事は伊東園ホテルズ全体平均レベルが、あがっているように感じます。不満は特にありません。
