"It is far away from attractions and purely residential area with no nearby restaurants or grocery stores and every time to travel to and from the city you need Taxi"

"Kamer was aan de straat zijde, veel geluid tot in de avond. Raam/balkondeur kon wel dicht maar de airco was lastig instelbaar. Ligging tov Budapest centrum is goed. 10 minuten met de tram en je staat aan de Donau bruggen."

"Very convenient location for us, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable."

"I really want to leave a bad review so nobody uses this property and it's always available for me! But, I just can't. This stay was really the highlight of a long trip. The Collect Residence was BY FAR the best place we stayed out of hotels in Split, Rome, Florence, Venice, Budapest, and Bratislava. The price was great and the property was very clean, usable, well maintained and convenient. All of that would have been enough, 'but wait! There's more!' The staff was wonderful. Pleasant, ...

"OTTIMA STRUTTURA"

"The hotel is clean and easy to navigate, the room we lived in was spacious and the layout was great. There is a very large mall nearby and ay least 4 grocery stores, it is close to both Metro and Tram stations. Overall a great value in a convenient locations."

"The hotel locates near several tram terminals and subway station. It's very convenient to take trams to places in Budapest. The staffs are very patient and willing to help. The room is clean and very cozy, feel like at home, but the instant tea and coffee is insufficient. Be prepared to pay extra for 7% service charge, 4% tourist tax and 27% vat."

"Excellent location. All major attractions within walking distance, you will enjoy a stroll through the beautiful city. Or you can take any public transit."

"Great place to stay"

"This place was incredible! We were in Prague and Vienna before this and both places were approximately the same price, for much less. This room exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, furniture was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend others stay here. Also, an extremely convenient factor to consider is that this hotel is walking distance from a metro line. We bought a 72-hour travel pass and were able...

"**Disappointing condition and poor value for money** The apartment is really outdated, and the pictures don’t accurately reflect its actual condition. The laminate flooring is cheap and has numerous worn-out spots. The washing machine is very small, one side of the fridge was broken, and the cabinet door under the sink wouldn’t close properly. We wanted to use the frying pan to prepare food for the kids, but there were no proper cooking utensils, such as a large spatula. Even the wall clock...
