"We didn't feel that this property was representative of the listing pictures. It was a lot more run down and stark in comparison. "Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. "We loved our room with the balcony area that provided a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff were very welcoming and spoke English which was very helpful! Beds were super cozy and the room had ample space for moving around and storing our luggage. We also loved that there was onsite parking."
