"The room we were given upon check in was terrible. Tiny and moldy! Nothing like the photos on your website. We asked to be moved and we offered to pay more but they couldn't move us until the next day. So we moved the next day and the new room was worse. Same thing when we asked to be moved. After paying $400 more and moving rooms 3x we got a room that was bigger and more updated but still not the photos on your website. Staff was all over the hotel but I'm not sure what they were doing. The pools are tiny and no service for food and drinks. The only good thing about this resort was the location if you want to walk to check out different places to eat. We paid way too much money for this hotel."

"This was our first time visiting this hotel, and the experience was truly wonderful. What made it even more special was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. As visitors from California, it means a lot to see that our people and our culture are never forgotten. It was a pleasure to visit our beloved Mexico and feel so welcomed. We would like to especially thank Junior, Carlos, Miguel, and Juan at the pool area for their outstanding service. Also, a special thank you to our guide Jimmy, who took us out on the sailing excursion and made it a memorable experience. We would also like to recognize Josué from housekeeping and our butler for their excellent attention and professionalism throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable. "It was OK. Food was good overall and pool was nice and well maintained. That said, hotels.com advertises $400 for use in the hotel and that was one of the main drivers for choosing this hotel vs others. Upon arrival it turns out it is 16 $25 coupons WHEN YOU SPEND $100. Coupons can't be used together so they are almost useless. The breakfast got super crowded due to being 1 restaurant for the whole hotel. And they were very unflexible with dinner reservations."
