"Room smelled like someone smoked cigarettes there."

"Top accueil et belle chambre"

"Friendly staff great room with amazing view of Onati"

"Good hotel, staff v friendly and rooms modern, comfortable and very well equipped."

"No USB and no coffee machine in the room, other than that everything was excellent."

There is a bar with a good selection of drinks and fast food and the restaurant serves tasty local cuisine.
