The staff was very kind and helpful. The suite was also very clean and spacious. This hotel is perfect for a small group trip. They offer a free shuttle service that you need to reserve in advance. Although I'd recommend renting a car if you'd like to explore different places near the hotel, the shuttle service helps a lot! My only regrets are that it rained during our stay and that we didn't book a long stay. You could definitely do 4 days or more! It's a beautiful hotel.

The hotel room is as large as an apartment which is 80 square meters and features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area.
The ocean view looking from the bathtub and living room is stunning.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast was excellent as well.
We truly enjoyed our family vacation there.

Breakfast buffet was great. But time to stop imposing the silly Covid-era measures in the dining area, all of which have proven to be without any scientific or medical basis. If there are guests that complain about removing such measures, they should just stay at home with their neuroses and not bother to leave their homes. Other than that, what a lovely dog friendly place to stay! The pool is great; I would just ask the management to consider revising the morning opening times which make it difficult to enjoy the pool and onsen, in addition to taking breakfast.

Beautiful ocean view from our room and the bathtub captured that view. Very traditional set up for Japanese families and the Onsen was lovely. Being able to sit under a cherry blossom tree in full bloom and look out to the ocean in a hot spring was a true highlight of our trip. Where the property let us down, was that the restaurant was booked out every day and there was no options for vegetarian or any western menu. Luckily there was a full kitchen in our unit so we could cook, however we had to pay ¥400 to borrow cooking facilities which was unusual. The hotel itself is a little tired, wasn’t too clean and much of the property desperately needs updating. My husband and I had a single bed each but our daughter had to sleep on a fold up futon on the tatami mat floor in a room with no ventilation which she didn’t seem to mind. Given the location of property, I think it has a real potential but we wouldn’t stay there again. We would’ve been better in an Airbnb because there was no benefit of being in a hotel apart from the lovely onsen. We noticed that were the only Westerners staying there, so this property clearly only caters for Japanese tourists and not international visitors.

This is a great resort if you have a car. We stayed for 5 nights and loved that it was a large unit; 1 bedroom with western style beds and 1 tatami room with futon. They also put a crib for our baby in the Tatami room which we appreciated. There’s a living room, dining room, full kitchen & a soaking tub in apartment. Absolutely beautiful sunrise views! And the Onsen is soo clean, large and relaxing! It was nice having sauna, cold plunge, indoor hot bath and outdoor hot bath too! They also had a very cute kids playroom that you could book for an hour per day. They have indoor pool and Jacuzzi too but our family didn’t try it. We also loved the dinner buffet, lots of choices; same for breakfast-lots of choices. Everything felt clean. Employees were all nice and most spoke English.

great family resort with a stunning view
