"I very much enjoyed my stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas and highly recommend it. A nice, comfortable room and the hotel is really well located within the Historic District. It is family owned and the best thing is the family itself which went out of their way to make me feel at home. Luis was extremely helpful with travel, directions and recommendations. And Lucia and Michelle provide a great breakfast. Lucia knows Ecuadorian fruits well and shared her deep knowledge."

"We would stay here again. The location was great with a park across the street and nearby grocery stores. No restaurants were open nearby, despite it being Saturday night. The room was generally quiet and the sheets were super soft. The room was big and had good options to lay out our suitcases. The room also had a mini fridge, however there was no bottled water in the room. The toilet seat and toilet paper rack were both very loose, but the bathroom had a fan. "The hotel was amazing, set in a historical site. Loved that it was set in the middle of a small local market with multiple restaurants and souvenir shops. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy as well as comfy. They set up our pick up and drop off from the airport and our guide was also amazing. Recommended 10/10! Will for sure stay here again. "

"Nice hotel, nice people, very well situated for trips to the cathedral, museums and small shops in the historic district. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but it is in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the roof was beautiful, looking out to the virgin statue and the basilica and the surrounding mountains."
