"Excellent location with walk ability to beach and restaurant. Rooms are located above ground so stairs are involved in carrying luggage. Well worth it though. Centrally located within a few steps from beach and all restaurants. Paolo was great with helping us enter the ZTL zone and get to the parking lot where we dropped off our car as it was not necessary to have a car in the area. Highly recommended and will consider next time we travel to San Vito."

"Overall a nice property, with some opportunities. The building felt almost glamorous, really beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, fresh with a variety of options. It’s in on what seemed like the Main Street which leads to the beach. On the downside there is no elevator so pack light, not like we did. The parking is not secure, the chain and lock do not stop anyone from accessing the area which is kind of hidden and not well lite. The lady working the front desk seemed to always be there and got us cutlery when we came back with pizza, thank you !! Glad we stayed there once but not sure I would return to be honest, the lack of an elevator and parking is a deal breaker."
