Misafirlerimizin oda kapılara çalınarak hangi departmandan geldikleri bildirilir ve misafirlerimiz müsait ise odaya girilerek hizmet verilmektedir. Karşılaşmış olduğunuz durumdan ve departman bilgilerini paylaşmamalarından dolayı üzgün olduğumuzu iletmek isteriz. Konunun Kat hizmetleri müdürüyle ve sorumlu tüm ekip arkadaşlarımız ile paylaşıldığından şüpheniz olmasın. Yapılan periyodik eğitimlerin sıklaştırılacağını da eklemeliyiz. Sizlere tavsiyemiz eğer gün içerisinde odanıza kimsenin girmesini istemiyor iseniz oda girişi duvarında bulunan panelde DND '' Rahatsız etmeyin '' butonunu açınız. Böylelikle oda kapınızda kırmızı ışık yanacaktır ve kapınız çalınmayacaktır. Herhangi bir hizmet istediğiniz vakit ise oda telefonunuzdan bizlere ulaşarak talebinizi iletebilirsiniz.
