The area, staff and comfort of the hotel was great. We booked an executive suite it was beyond our expectations. I must say though that although we had VIP benefits we weren’t informed about them and didn’t receive them. Apart from that we had a great time.

Although the hotel seems like a luxury hotel, there exists huge issues that you feel uncomfortable the minute you enter the hotel. In summary: Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and good coffee, gym, really spacious and secure indoor parking. Cons: Non-smoking room and sheets smell cigarettes, dirty room (stained carpets, dirty and stained sofa pillows), technical problems in room amenities (our TV had a broadcast issue, so we had no TV first night, hot water was not coming from the bathroom sink), the room's latch lock was broken, serious management issues (although they are helpful and kind once you have them, you need to try hard to find staff if you have a problem)

The Hotel was great. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Our room was super comfortable. The location is very close to the convention center. One draw back was the noise from the bar Nextdoor. Very loud until very late.

Property was clean and modern, staff were not always nice. Room service was not the best, they often forgot to add toilet paper, additional body wash and bath robes. They have com breakfast available which is nice and convenient. I would definitely stay there again due to the location convenience of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a great location and nice and quiet most of the time at night. It would be great to see a slightly more looked after room - some carpet cleaning wouldn't go amiss and some good quality cleaner to polish the granite in the bathroom - but otherwise great!

Hotel located in a nice area of Bomonti with walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms are quite small and room cleaning was not possible late in the day. Also late checkout was not granted when requested.

It has good gym and swimming pool. First night there was too much noise from the bar downstairs, it was near to impossible to sleep. Second night I was moved to another floor so not music noise. I didn't like that the english of the staff wasn't good enough. There were some misunderstandings with the breakfast and some problems with the internet. The majority of the staff was really helpful and nice, but the lady in the breakfast are for the last 2 days was border rude.

Great stay overall, good staff, room servicr of good quality. However a big problem with AC, at maximum power our room temperature never went below 25⁰ while being set at 21 by hotel staff themselves. Also, the breakfast is WAY too expensive for what's served...

Bad service and reception.

Room was in bad condition the ac didn’t work, room cleaning didn’t come at all in my 4 night stay! Even when I asked for it. The only decent guy (skinny guys unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was on the night shift super friendly and helpful guy. Also the price for location is super high €400 for 4 nights. Over all if I could give no star I would.

As a couple we only stayed for 1 night due to an event. Bed was clean and okay. Carpets need to be replaced , unfortunately many spilled stuff was visible on them. Main condition tends to reach a more mediocre state soon. Staff was friendly and understanding.

It’s a very nice Hotel but it’s very crowded at the evening because of the markt and people who plays soccer. Be aware that sleeping could be quite difficult. Public transport isn’t very helpful and finding a taxy isn’t easy. We enjoyed our stay with our beautiful room with a wonderful view at our balcony and the kindness of Tolga Bey of the reception!

I always love this hotel, and have stayed here many times. But this time a cafe/club downstairs have opened- and it makes too much noise, so I could not sleep at the time I wanted to. The staff tried to speak with the club owner, but the music was only quiet after 1am. I hope the club is not open next time I come back. I like this hotel because the rooms are big and it’s convenient located, with restaurants options right outside of the hotel.
