Shame on you! You checked in and went somewhere. Then you said you will come back in few days. Then you did not show up but we still kept your room! Then you wanted refund, but your reservation is non-refundable. You have no right to rate or review about our hotel. SHAME ON YOU!!!

You booked the cheapest and most economic room and expected more, sorry!

First of all thanks for the feedback. In the room we have kettle and cups. Beds are new, not even a year old. The power cuts were regional, not only in our hotel, it was areal issue. When it comes to maps, these days everyone is using google maps and such, so local maps are unnecessary. Anyways thank you!

La chambre n'était pas petite, peut-être que vous êtes un peu plus large, avez-vous déjà pensé à ça ?! Le ménage était fait tous les jours. Ne donnez pas de fausses informations aux futurs clients s'il vous plaît.

Your booked ''economic double room'' which doesn't have the sea view. Although we gave you the standard double room which is more spacious and have bigger windows than economic room. Please next time read, choose wisely.

First of all thanks for the feedback but, our rooms are same like in the photos. You people just don't know to read or see, check the metre square, the area of the room when you book it. You see the main photo of the hotel and think that one is your room with a view. You book 2 economic triple rooms which means they are small rooms. And even though we changed your room to standard room which is bigger than yours, the update was for free. And when it comes to the cleanlinessand other things, you could've said your problems we would've helped you! When you have a problem, anywhere in the world, first you should let people know it, if you don't say it, nothing will happen and nobody will be aware of it. Thanks!

Normally when someone books a double room he/she cannot bring the third person to the room. You were 2 women, wanted to bring third person to the room after midnight. This happened several times of your stay. And the 3rd person that you wanted to bring was a man. And our reception staff did not let that happen and warned you several times. All these things are against our hotel's rules. Kind regards!
