I am deeply sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations as we always strive to provide our guests with the best experience. Thank you for mentioning of our unique location. The hotel is located in the historical peninsular at Golden Horn which is a few minutes to Sultanahmet and Taksim Square and There is a tramline station in front of the hotel.Also hotel has 19 acres area and there are 35 old style, renovated Turkish houses and there will be a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and etc... in our back yard soon.I hope to be welcoming you back in the near future for a better experience.
