Dear Mr Bower, Firstly, we thank you for choosing our hotel for the duration of your stay in Istanbul. I would like explain you why we did not give you the apartment with 2 rooms; the first reason is that the wi-fi had a connection problem and also the problem with the heating at the time your arrival. Considering this,we we thought of your comfort and altered your reservation in the main building of the hotel with one triple and a double room at the same floor. It was not possible to make a discount since you had directly paid to the agent and we did not ask you any payment and extras. Maybe we couldn’t express ourselves to you very well but we have given you the best available rooms for your comfort.
