Te sientes en casa
A pesar de ser un hotel pequeño, tiene todo lo necesario. Nos hicieron upgrade de habitacion. Te sientes como en casa. Mohamed y Johann quienes estan encargados de la recepcion, estan siempre atentos a lo que puedas necesitar. Te ayudan copn todo. Son excelentes. Puesto que el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de la mezquita azul, se escucha un poco de ruido en la calle, pero no vas a encontrar quietud. Adicional, en la noche ya no se escucha nada. Volveriadefinitivamente a hospedarme alli. Lo unico es que el internet no es muy bueno. Tienes que ir al lobby para que funcione mejor

متعة الإقامة وروعة المكان
لقد استمتعت بالإقامة في الفندق وكانت تجربة رائعة. و ربما في المرة القادمة سوف اسكن في هذا الفندق مرة أخرى.

位置好，距景点近，步行可到
位置不错，离蓝色清真寺等景点较近，但刚去酒店位置不好找，也比较小，像个多层家庭旅馆，价格和房间大小、设施等相比可能会让你失望，性价比不如正儿八经的酒店甚至更贵。前台服务还算不错，顶层露台早餐视野挺好，一边对着蓝色清真寺顶，一边可望海。

Best of Turkish Hospitality!
Excellent hotel and amazing staff that made our stay really great! Our room with hamam was kept clean and stocked with essentials everyday by the wonderful housekeeping. Thanks especially to Yohan who always helped us out by answering our questions and providing honest suggestions and advice!! Hotel is at a prime location; walking distance to all the tourist attractions such as the Topkapi palace and Agia Sophia. It also has an amazing restaurant and mini mart next door to the left if you are in need of essentials or a quick bite. Best point has a delicious and hearty breakfast everyday on the topmost floor as well as great panoramic views. No elevator but staff will help you with luggage if necessary. They also provide tea time and snacks from 2-7pm which is very convenient for a pick me up. One minor complaint was we had a very limited selection of English channels to watch on the TV, so never really could use it on the rainy days. But thankfully they have fast, free Wi-fi so we enjoyed our Netflix shows instead. Single laptop and printer is available for use in the lobby. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Best point hotel provides an authentic Turkish experience at a great value. We would absolutely love to stay here again on future trips to Istanbul! Thanks for a great experience and first impression of Istanbul!

Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от главных красот Стамбула! Очень приветливый персонал! Хорошие завтраки на террасе с красивейшем видом на Босфор. Номера большие и чистые! У нас в номере была даже турецкая парная!!!!!

The hotel is located on a great street.. quiet at one end and active on the other end. The staff are friendly and won't spare the effort to help you. The breakfast had many varieties that I didn't see in all of the hotels I stayed at during this trip.. so I would strongly recommend to stay there.. as you also get to be very close from Sultan Ahmet.. love it. And one thing the hotel cab consider.. I just better pillows

this is a wonderful hotel and is truly a Best hotel the staff are incredible helpful in every way ,they really make you feel like family. the breakfast is superb and they also have a tea time. the location is in a very beautiful part of the old city not far from the blue mosque I will definitely stay again

Lovely stay
Me and my partner stayed here for one week. The staff were all very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel close to all the main attractions. A lovely hotel and staff.

a wonderful hotel
It was my best experience I've ever had with a hotel. The locale is turistic and close to many restaurants. It's really clean and comfortable. Breakfasts at terrace are great with a nice view to Blue mosque and the sea. Staff are extremely nice and hospitable and made our stay so special and memorable. I will defenately stay there again and highly recommend it to those who are looking for a nice experience.

Fantastiskt läge och underbar takterrass, servicen är också bra. Men inredningen i hotellrum(hotell delen)och reception är ful, gammal och tråkig. Stark mögeldoft i badrummet samt kväljande rumsparfym i hallen.

Nice little hotel in a great location.
We didn't know what to expect as the driver searched narrow streets for the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel when he found if. We were travel weary and Johan immediately made us feel very welcome. Upgraded our room for free. Gave us the name of an excellent restaurant and a shop for last minute shopping close by. We were on our way home, but the hotel is very close to major cultural sites in Istanbul. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! Extremely friendly staff, comfortable room, great (rooftop) breakfast. We will definitely return - but for longer next time!

行程中最高CP飯店，早餐好吃豐盛，房間大舒適，還提供每天下午茶，盥洗用品用心齊全，餐廳即可看到藍色清真寺。每一服務人員都非常有禮貌，處處可見飯店經營者的用心

Great hotel & great staff close to all major sights
Fantastic family-run hotel where they paid attention to our every need. We enjoyed the fabulous breakfast on the roof-top terrace as well as the snacks and wine each evening. It saved us lots of money on restaurants.

Great location and value, wonderful staff!
Manager and all staff at Best Point are incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and immaculate. Robust breakfast meant I could skip lunch. Great value and I will definitely stay there next time I travel to Istanbul.

4 nätter på Best Point
Vi bodde i ett av svitrummen i annexet. Rummet var stort, rent och praktiskt samt fint inrett! Läget var perfekt, nära till severdheter och mitt i gamla stan. Ingen trafik utanför hotellet och inga oljud utifrån. Receptionisten i annexet var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vid ankomst bjöds vi på välkomstdricka och meze. Meze samt rött och vitt vin fanns att hämta i lobbyn varje dag. Frukosten hade ett stort och gott utbud och den färskpressade apelsinjuicen var toppen! Minus för att det fanns en svag lukt av avlopp på rummets toalett. Hotellet rekommenderas inte för personer som har problem att gå i trappor, ingen hiss finns upp till frukostrestaurangen fyra våningar upp. Allt som allt ett väldigt trevligt hotell, åker vi till Istanbul igen lär vi stanna på detta hotell.

Instanbul Delight
Superb Stay. Lovely hotel in the heart of it all. We had the room with the balcony overlooking the Blue Mosque and it was so scenic going to sleep and waking up with the mosque in our view. What makes this hotel superb is really simple- the staff. From the moment you walk in, till check out, they go out of their way to take special care of you. Loved the afternoon snacks and I can't even begin to complement the morning breakfast- unlike any other!

Perfect 5 star hotel facilities stay at Istanbul
The rooms were clean and made up everyday. One amazing thing was the service by hotel staff and the view of Blue Mosque during the terrace breakfast. This hotel also provides you with 4-5 different bath soaps to try out, which is really a good way to know what you like before you buy Istanbul soaps. Amazing view, good service and comfortable stay.

A Gem
Great hotel! Staff sits you down and welcomes you with wine, nuts and Turkish delights upon arrival. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the bathroom amenities include hand made soaps and toothbrushes along with the usual shampoos and lotions. The breakfast buffet is extensive served on the rooftop terrace which has views of the Blue Mosque and the sea. and there is a happy hour every evening. If you have difficulty with stairs though, this hotel is not for you.

생각보다 객실은 작았고 술탄마흐멧역에서는 조금 거리가 있었습니다. 직원분들은 친절하고 깔끔하게 잘정리되어있기는 했지만 가격대비 만족도는 조금 낮은 점수를 주고싶습니다.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel!
The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip. We were greeted with a welcome drink and Turkish delight! The view from their rooftop dining area was wonderful, overlooking the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. The stay also included a complimentary breakfast in the morning which was absolutely delicious with all kinds of tapenades, breads, cheeses, and fruits.

Old city의 중앙이라 좋습니다. 지하철을 타고 트램을 타고 약간 걸어서 힘들게 찾은 호텔의 안락함이 좋았습니다.

Ideal hotel for Old Town Istanbul
The standard rooms are fairly basic and there is no lift. However, the service from the staff is excellent and more than makes up for the lack of facilities. Staff are on hand to welcome arriving guests with a drink and baklava. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Meze are available free of charge in the lobby in the late afternoon and these are replaced by cakes and pastries at 7 30 pm. Tea/coffee is also freely available. Breakfast (on the top floor with views over the city) is buffet style but the kitchen will make omelettes if requested. Freshly squeezed orange juice is provided as is an array of fresh fruit and bread/cereals with sweet and savoury items. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk away from the main sights so is ideally located.

Séjour très agréable
L'hôtel est très bien situé. De l'hôtel, nous avons marché et sommes allés visiter La Mosquée bleue et le Palais de Topkapi. Le personnel est très gentil et courtois. Ils sont là pour vous guider vers ce qu'il y a à visiter. Nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour à cet hôtel.

The location and the breakfast was great. Hotel staffs were very kind. Room was comfortable. I would stay here again if I visit the city again.

Best Point Hotel is the Best Hotel
We had a four night stay and it was great. There were 5 in our party and the owner, Fatih, and his staff could not do enough. The breakfast on the roof terrace was really good, plenty of choice and special requests no trouble. The freshly squeezed orange juice is fab. Fatih will give advice on what to see and how to get there. He will also book restaurants and arrange free transport to the restaurant. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay at Best Point again.

Great place to stay.
Great location from which to explore Istanbul. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value. The buffet breakfasts were excellent, as we're the snacks available in reception throughout the evening. We had a wonderful holiday here.

Ottimo hotel, ottima posizione.
Ottimo hotel per la vicinanza a tutte le attrazioni principali della città, personale cordiale e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Camere pulite e accoglienti, bagno decente con una bella doccia. Colazione abbondante e varia.

Confident, Friendliness and super-pleasant Hotel
The location is great and the level of personal attention at Best-Point is second to none. Cornucopia of breakfast-buffet and many other personal attentions of the staff (at all levels!) + cleanliness. Walking distance & proximity of major sites such as Topkapi, St Sophie, the Blue Mosque, the Constantine Column, the Grand Bazaar and many others (eg.sea-front), make the Best-Point a "come-back-to-place". Fatih Yirildim has built a great staff and hotel making the Best-Point Hotel with its prime location a premium choice for a clean, helpful, friendly and fun stay in Istanbul.
