"This is place where one goes to rest and relax and meditate. Please be aware this place is not near any major tourist attraction. The place and location is amazing, staff very friendly and a great place if one wants to rest and contemplate."

"I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business."

"Overall the experience was nice due to the location and the beauty of the nature It is a place to visit For the auberge, we had a few hiccups due to the unprofessionalism of the staff Had to call the owner’s cell phone who was out of town Upon his arrival at night, he tried to apologize and make things right but I was a bit late for me We still enjoyed the outdoor sites Thanks to our local guide who works for the auberge “El houceine”"
