"The area is wonderful, we select this hotel for our son birthday, our Tommy was 513 on 5 floor ,we would like to share this point for the future,needs more waiters today my family had breakfast in the area outside in front of the pool and we waited a long time ,last night at dinner the waiter took 40 minutes to bring the dessert after dinner due to not enough of employees ,in the room The bathroom was not very clean, the shower needs to be scrubbed, it had black parts on the tile on the side of the shower door, balcony was derty and light between bed doesn’t work,Otherwise, it is an excellent place to spend family vacations.thanks so much Zulema Ornelas ."

"We had a lovely stay at the resort. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The two pool areas were beautiful along with the beach area. Our family had fun riding the bikes every day. We even got to witness a sea turtle release on the premises. The only draw back for me was the matter of lots of smoking. We had a non smoking room but the people next to us smoked on the patio outside causing our patio area to become engulfed with smoke as well as our room whenever we opened the door. People also smoked at the pool area and the outdoor bar/restaurant area. I understand these are all outdoor areas however if you are a non smoker it really is unpleasant to endure smoke while you are eating or relaxing. "

"The property looks simple from the highway, but when you get there, it is gorgeous! The rooms are very spacious and include most amenities you will need. The setting is peaceful and quiet, and mostly beautiful. I’ll stay there again. "
