"The front desk staff was not very helpful and took a long time to attend guests. They were unfamiliar with the main streets around the hotel, so they were not able to assist us when we asked about nearby businesses. Additionally, I had roaches in my room and the elevator was not working. The restaurant, however, was decent for the price but not much of selection. "

"The staff was friendly and respectful, it was also quiet as they moved the carnival to a different location on the causeway. We had a two room suite with a door. However, there’s no fridge or microwave, no blow dryer, toilet tissue runs out quickly, water pressure is low and temperature is a bit cold. The breakfast is okay but they serve the same thing every day. Parking is free as they validate your ticket everyday. The location is the best and safest with plenty of great restaurants and activities to do and you can take a ferry out to the islands."

"Room was clean, AC was powerful, kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony had a little seating area where we dried swimwear. The pool was lovely and the common area is comfy. The only issue I had was the lack of communication with the staff, they read all of our messages but hardly responded. We had to venture down to get our questions answered. Another thing to note, if you’re nervous about slightly sketchy neighbourhoods, this isn’t the location for you. If you like to see real local life, not just touristy stuff, i definitely recommend Casco View! "
