"Amazing! The staff is very friendly and warm, the gave us an upgrade and leave some chocolates for my mom on her birthday. Breakfast was good, the day we left since it was very early in the morning they gave a box lunch. Truly super kind. Beds were comfy, the view amazing. Great location "

"Spent 3 nights here. The hotel was as advertised - right across from the beach, bright and well appointed with a small balcony that opened out to the road across from the beach. The internet was wonky - there were at least 3 different wifis, none of which worked all that week from our room (first floor, beach facing). "This hotel is in a great location. The town is very small so you can get anywhere quickly by walking or cheap taxi (truck). The flamingos are wonderful to see anytime if the day or evening. There are around ten in the lagoon. The staff are nice, friendly, and helpful. Isabela was a favourite part of our trip. The sunset is stunning and wildlife is everywhere. "

"The location was great. The best part about this was Carlos. He was so helpful. He arranged our tours for us. He was so accommodating and gave us WhatsApp so we could call him anytime we needed to for anything. He was so helpful. The place is good it’s central to everything. It’s so easy to get everywhere. There’s bike rentals across the street."

"Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there. "

"Abel was very kind and flexible when I checked in. The view from my room was amazing!! The facility was nice for the cost. The only drawback was that the WiFi didn’t reach to my room, so I had to stay by the lobby in order to use it. I understand that this is the exception and most of the other rooms on the property can use the WiFi from the room. "

"We moved this place, from its location right across the beach, to the decor and service. The place is spotless and the room’s decor and furnishing were top notch. Comfortable beds and the perfect view. Our room led to a mini jacuzzi and it was perfect for relaxing after a day full of tours and activities. Rebekka and the while staff were very kind, diligent and professional. I highly recommend this place. Worth the price. "
