Dear Guest, We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Upon checking we realise your stay was more than 6 months ago. Our host and maintenance team has changed since April and we do have our apartment listed on other websites and we stand with very good rating. It could not have been possible if we continue to operate as you have commented. We have rechecked again the status now and we dont see your comment is valid at this point of time. Dear Lu, We regret and apologize for the inconvenience you went through. 1) To ensure the guests have a smooth check in experience we always send an email with directions to the property and we sent you the detailed email with directions and the contact number of the host trough Expedia email but unfortunately you have missed to read it. We tried to call you over the phone but the number provided was without the country code and we couldn’t reach you. Since we couldn’t contact you we sent a message to Expedia on 23rd December and 28th December requesting them to get to contact us but unfortunately we didn’t get any response. 2) Our property booking page does state it is an Apartment with all facilities including swimming pool, gym etc not a hotel. We have internet in the unit but unfortunately there is no Internet in the common area as it is a Condominium. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t realise this and went through hassle for connection. We request all guests to look for our email that will reach the email provided during your booking. Please also update the contact number with country code during booking to enable us to reach you to check whether you received and understood all information sent in the email. We will strive hard to provide the best guest experience and for that we request your cooperation to enable us to communicate with you before your arrival.
