"We had a very good time in surrento. This hotel is located in a good location. Beautiful decorate and staff are very nice."

"The room was excellent and clean. The property was close to the train station which was convenient. The entrance is not your traditional entrance which took some getting used to. Breakfast was served in an off-site restaurant."

"One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a property. My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem. The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia. "Our stay here was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The location was perfect - walking distance to many different landmarks and the central train station. Upon arrival we were given a map and recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which was appreciated. Additionally, the owner wanted to come by after 10 PM to collect the city tax. We had an early flight the next morning and had already gone to sleep, so we don’t think that was a good time to come by. It would have been better to arrange the payment earlier or leave another option for paying the tax. Overall,...

"Wonderful and very central stay in beautiful, safe part of Chiaia. We loved the spacious room & beautiful bathroom and were especially delighted that we could check in early. Highly recommended!"
