"Great location. Facilities great happy nice staff Only downside was they didn’t have air con in our room. As they said listed building so couldn’t have air con. But they did have a small fan in The room Which helped a bit. Never ever wanted air con in any hotel anywhere in the world. But as England is having a heat wave in June. And having trouble sleeping in any bed room at the moment. Would have loved air con. Even if it was for just one night. Anyway. Lovely breakfast. Delicious. Staff were friendly and charming. Town was nice. Walked past Ed Sheeran pub Thomas Wolsey. Was hoping to see Ed pulling a few pints. But no such luck. Just have to go Back another time. Take a boat cruise there you won’t regret it."

"Wonderful clean room with many amenities. Exceptional dinner and breakfast all served by very friendly staff. Hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely large patio, plenty of outside comfortable seating with marvellous views across the gardens. Second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back again!"
