I didn't like the carpark it was very tight at the curves. Security guard smells of alcohol the older guy at night. The property was excellent Nice open and clean.

Nice apartment. Design of building not as good.

Pros: Quiet nice apartment at the end of the building. The apartment was well furnished. Microwave, fridge and only for heating up food which wasn't a problem since we ate out. Nice mattress and had a good rest. Cons: Building design seems like 20+yrs old even though built 2023. Photos in the building looks nice however from lift to apartment all open air with 1-2 steps which elderly have to be careful and internal exterior along apartments were mostly visible aircon compressor units hence the design only looks good on the outside and at the security guard but not inside. The bathroom design was tiny and after showering the floor is wet and slippery. A cheap silicon barrier would be nice so water doesn't splash over or floor towel per bathroom would be nice as both kids fell.
