"Nice staff, curtains wouldn’t close fully in bedroom"

"The property itself was nice and the staff was extremely helpful. However, the room itself looked different than the pictures and appeared older. The bathroom also smelled strongly of urine."

"The room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the Loch! We sat out there every day/night sipping wine and enjoying the beauty of the Loch and the surrounding hills. A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!"

Der Pool war defekt , die Küche hatte Probleme, der Zimmerservice scheinbar keinen Schlüssel für unser Zimmer und so ging es leider weiter … nichts gravierendes, aber es summierte sich. An sich wirkt es schön. Der Aussenbereich ist toll. Der erste Morgen im Restaurant lief problemlos. Am zweiten warteten wir 40 Minuten auf das warme Frühstück obwohl kaum Gäste da waren . "The staff in the restaurant go above and beyond and are friendly and welcoming. However the receptionist who "wecomed" us was more interested in telling us what we could not do, having arrived 30 minutes before check in time. We did not ask for any early entry or ask to leave our bags, simply wanted to know where we could go for a drink/coffee until check in time. No such information was offered just reiterated that we could not get in to our room. A less than welcoming welcome."

"It was a spacious room with comfortable beds, nice linens and a clean bathroom. Did not interact with the staff in-person, so can’t comment but the email communication I received was clear. Others have complained about hallway noise, and it is true that everything in the hallways is heard in the rooms but was not an issue during our stay. Fair price."

"Perfect Stay! The house itself is in great condition—everything was clean, charming, and comfortable. Gordon and Maggie were lovely hosts who gave excellent local suggestions, and the breakfast was fantastic. They even went out of their way to make me a full vegan breakfast and were incredibly cautious with food allergies. On top of that, the property surrounding the B&B is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!"
