"Good breakfast"

"I felt like I was in a nice hotel in a third world country. The maintenance was terrible. The sofas in my room and in the lobby had torn fabric. The ceiling in the lobby had stains on it. This means plumbing had leaked....hopefully clean water and not sewer water. As a Certified Infection Prevention and Control Nurse, I know that if the water was clean, these areas can simply be painted. If sewer stains, they need to be replaced. It was difficult to find the one spot in the airport for shuttle pick up and the staff on the phone were not helpful in giving me directions to get there. The pillows on the bed were very thick and hard. I slept without a pillow because I didn't want my neck to hurt in the morning. Breakfast was adequate for giving me fuel, but nothing inspiring. The table had a chip in the veneer-even a touch up with a brown marker would have helped."

"Clean room so spacious it’s really a suite the staff was pleasant even when overwhelmed by customers I had a great experience the kitchen was clean the bathroom was spotless I enjoyed my stay"

"Wonderful location, staff were very helpful and room was clean. Older hotel but well maintained. Pricey but worthwhile for convenience sake."

"The facility was decent. It was like brand new. The room smelled super stuffy. When we got into it ice machine was broken on my floor. Asked me where I could get ice. She sent me the first floor and then the first floor sent me to the third floor. Just kind of nonsense but not bad. All in all definitely worth the price. Although they did double charge my credit card. They charged me through Expedia and they charged me at the facility which was where I wanted to pay it. Anyways. I wanted to pay cash but they wouldn't let me. They made me use the card then they charge my Expedia card as well as my other card also there was no breakfast. There was no coffee. Nothing upon departure. I thought a cup of coffee maybe but no"

"The only bad thing I have to say is with the food they have breakfast and dinner, but no lunch"
