"I've stayed at better maintained properties. The AC did not work the first night. The ironing board was broken and I couldn't get another one. There were no coffee cups for the coffee machine. Housekeeping did not empty trash cans or make the bed. Granted the first morning I left the broken ironing board on the bed, so that may have been why the bed wasn't made, but it was never made and I stayed 4 nights. And, the room needs some maintenance. Employees were nice. Just the Inn has not been kept up."

"If you're choosing this hotel because of the Marriott brand and its reputation, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The property itself is fairly new, and that shows in some positive ways. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the management and overall service are extremely disappointing. The problems start as soon as you request anything. For example, I specifically requested room cleaning for a particular date and time, and I was assured it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel, the room had not been cleaned at all. When I asked why the service had not been provided, I received conflicting explanations. First, I was given a reason for the delay, but after checking further, the front desk claimed that no cleaning request had been submitted. When I explained that the receptionist had written down my request on a Post-it note, they changed their explanation again and said that housekeeping requests are only accepted after the third day of a guest's stay. The staff seem to rely heavily on Post-it notes for tracking requests, which may explain the lack of coordination and accountability. In addition, the exterior corridors were dirty, and the elevator was out of service during our stay. Since we were staying on the fourth floor, we had to use the stairs every time, which was very inconvenient."

"Straight crack shack, we walked in and walked back right out. Door was busted in, couch cushions didn’t even fit on the couch it was horrible. Not worth it paid $150 more for the weekend at the Wyndham up the road. Meth hears live here and some guy was bbqing out of a box in front of his room. It was a mess."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was decently taken care of. You could tell that they were doing a lot of work to the property to restore it to tiptop shape. Our room was perfect for 2 adults. The pillows weren’t very comfortable but it wasn’t the end of the world. We just grabbed some pillows while out and about. The manager was super easy to work with and answered all the questions we had about our stay."
